The Moral Filth

Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. James 1:21

Are you listening Matias? Remember that it is about what is best for the CITIZENS OF WILMER, not the Leal/Lara familias.

Dallas Morning News Article Shows Divided Support for Regional Plan

Richard Allen is the CEO of California based Allen Group. California based. The Dallas Morning News and sister blogspot Wilmer Public Citizen reports that the recent Regional Infrastructure Plan proposed and voted down by Dallas County Commissioners is still alive. Click here for the DMN article. Click here for the Wilmer Public Citizen article. The cities of Hutchins and Wilmer have undoubtedly shown massive support for the Allen Group, a large land holder with nothing to show for it. Wilmer's largest land holder is Mike Rader, the developer who is building out the Sunridge Business Park (Wilmer's largest industrial park) and a strong proponent for the Regional Plan developed for and by Dallas County encompassing all developments, not just Allen Group's.

Let's hear what you think? Which do you feel is best for Wilmer? Send your thoughts to the council here.

Hudson Does City Hall

Reports have it that FORMER Mayor Henry Donald Hudson, "Walking Eagle" is BACK!!! Playing around at City Hall, not a citizen, not an elected official, not a Wilmer resident, PALMER ELECTRICIAN AND MOBILE HOME HOOKER-UPPER FORMER MAYOR HENRY DONALD HUDSON IS BACK. Sister blogspot Wilmer Public Citizen reports that Hudson has been seen in City Hall on numerous occasions. Click here to see article.

If that's not enough, these are the same people that will not let Wilmer residents into City Hall, but will let a Palmer resident have complete run of the building? WOW. Wonder if he is looking for some fallen money on the wood floors of the Wilmer Administration Building? We feel he isn't there to pay a permit fee or register as an electrician, he has never done that before.

What do you think? Why do we need that back here? Leal and Lange can screw it up enough without Hudson's help!! Let us know what you feel about this.

If You Are Going To Mention It, Post It!!

It would seem that the Attorney General has spoken and many are listening. According to Attorney General Greg Abbott, city councils are not to openly make comments or discuss much of anything at all without placing it on the meeting agenda and posting it as required by law.

Click here to see the article in the Dallas Morning News.

What will it mean now that Lange has to place her Pro-Allen Group comments on a meeting agenda prior to spouting her adornments?

What will it mean to the Lange/Leal/Hagen-Dyess group who believe that all agendas need to be vague and without much substance so that they can operate open handed? Now they can hardly comment on anything without placing it on the agenda.

Is this a partial answer to what ails Wilmer Council meetings?

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart...

as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24

Take heed Council Members. Pay attention. Your time is coming, and very soon.

Dallas Morning News Reports Price High on Development

According to the Dallas Morning News, the Price is high on new development in the southern sector, and the Dallas County Commissioner is right on top of the Master Plan needed for this area. It is a shame that the City Council Cheeseheads of Wilmer dissed the Commissioner and his plan for the much needed infrastructure in the area at a recent council meeting. Click here to see the article.

The article goes on to infer that the Allen Group has been working against Dallas County, Commissioner Price and the entire area for their own interests, something we have been saying all along. What can that say about Tiny Lange, Matt Leal and the rest of the Cheeseheads?

Who has been here longer? Commisioner Price and Dallas County.
Who has more money? Allen Group.

Sounds alot like "Here's your brain, here's your brain on drugs", doesn't it? Do the math then.

What do you think?

Dallas Morning News Article Quotes Hudson's Lies

It would seem that well after Hudson's resignation as Mayor of Wilmer, he is still attempting to portray City Secretary Crystol Birdwell in a negative light, forgetting that he lives in his own glass house as we have stated before. Click here to see the Dallas Morning News article dated October 4, 2008.

Former Mayor and Palmer resident Don Hudson stated in that same Dallas Morning News article that "there were checks rang(ing) from $12 from vendors to $12,000 in sales tax payments from the state" contained in one of seven boxes of unopened mail. WHAT?

Let's be clear! Sales tax payments from the Texas State Comptroller's Office for the City of Wilmer are received electronically from the state of Texas and are direct deposited directly into the General Funds account for the City of Wilmer without going through employee hands. The "checks" Hudson was referring to were the auto-generated statements of deposit from the state notifying the City of Wilmer what had been sent. City Secretary Crystol Birdwell pulled the deposit information off of the bank's online statements relieving her of the need to wait for those statements to come by mail so that she would be sooner prepared for the receiving of those monies. The statements were set aside for filing purposes only.

Hudson knew this! Hudson lied! Why?

Hudson can't say he was given erroneous information by interim city secretary Alice Holloway, because he knew the truth and would have stopped the pouring of that erroneous information before it got to the reporter.

Is he being paid for his lies to help sink Birdwell so that new Mayor Matias Leal can set up Wilmer with his own staff of friends, family and voting supporters? I am just wondering when these "deals" will stop. Does Hudson not realize that people are trying to help him by stopping the bad publicity and he keeps stirring a pot he filled with poison?

Outspoken resident and Don Hudson supporter John Eggen hit the nail on the head when he was quoted as saying, "The council keeps this turmoil going, and that contributes to voter apathy, the voters are tired of all the fighting." The Council!

What do you think? Agree? Disagree? We want to know.

To The Entrusted Ones Terminated or Placed on Leave:

"From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked." (Luke 12:48)

God Bless All Of the Entrusted Ones:

Thom Lauer
Tony Shaw
Ernie Terry
Crystol Birdwell
Bobbie Jo Martinez

And I am sure the list will continue to grow as long as this council (those given much) sits in judgement.

Local Resident Writes About Wilmer's Best Interests

A wonderful article written by John Phinney and appearing in the Wilmer Public Citizen caught the eye of the Moderator and we would like to link you to it (click here). This excellent observation needs the attention of all in the Wilmer electorate and administration, and hopefully will amount to a new procedure for the Council meetings. We can only hope.

Moderator Removes Content From Blogspot

Due to the resignation of Former Mayor Don Hudson, references to him have been removed as a matter of courtesy to Former Mayor Hudson and his family.

The creation of this blog space was merely to make known the deficiencies of the elected officials in their official capacity and to allow those affected a place to air their views. As he removed his deficiencies by stepping down, Hudson is no longer an issue with this site. Please limit any comments you have regarding Former Mayor Hudson in the future to positive comments only, or do not respond if that is your decision. Thank you for your cooperation in that regard.

Please note however, that remaining and current city officials still in public office in Wilmer are not exempt and their deficiencies will continue to be reported on. If they can pass judgement on employees, then residents, concerned citizens and former employees can pass judgement on them. They are accountable, whether they believe it or not, or wish it or not.

Pay Attention Those Of You Who Do Not Fear God.

"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
